This SIMPLE System Will Change
The Way You Use Lightroom
Regardless of your experience, editing style, or style of photography!

"I really enjoyed using Brendan's preset package because they were easy to learn and organized by categories such as exposure, highlights and saturation. This was really helpful as a beginner to categorize the presets by the actual name so that I could understand what “exposure” can do to a photo.

I found them very easy to download and they do not take up a lot of space either. This is very helpful for a beginner photographer who wants to find their editing style or someone like myself who currently has a big editing backlog. These presets are a quick and easy way to edit.

One of my favourite parts about this package is the option of multiple presets that can add something amazing to your image. Things like highlight glows and the option of making the clouds and sky really pop are what I love most! "

The BIG Problem With Lightroom Presets

Dear Photographer,

When I first discovered Lightroom presets early in my photography career, I felt like I unlocked a cheat code.

On paper, presets sound like the one and done solution to editing. In theory, you can just slap on any preset of choice, hit export, and get back to taking photos.

Unfortunately I quickly learned that that wasn't the case.

The PROBLEM is that most presets give widely varied results and need plenty of refining to look "perfect"

So you end up forced to spend the extra time fine tuning each adjustment. Especially when editing hundreds or even thousands of photos, those extra manual adjustments can add up to hours of your day.

This extremely annoying part of my day to day work got me thinking about what the real problem was with presets.

You see the REAL reason why Lightroom presets weren't doing what I originally hoped for is this:

Lightroom presets only apply a "one size fits all" edit to every photo.

You don't expect a new pair of jeans to be a one size fits all.

You wouldn't expect a camera filter to be a one size fits all.

So why would you accept a "one size fits all" type solution in your photo editing?

Every photo is a bit different and requires different adjustments to truly make it "POP" while post-processing.

This is what lead me to create a layered preset system that not only improved my existing presets, but gave me more creative control without ever touching a slider.
I Was So Annoyed That It Lead Me To Creating THIS...

This layered preset system that I call "The Lightroom Toolkit" breaks down every adjustment I could ever need into stackable presets that all work together.

Instead of one preset dictating every setting in my photo, I can pick and choose every area of my presets with better and more customized results.

This system of layered presets saved me countless hours in Lightroom and completely transformed my workflow.

I could just skim over my layered preset system, choose a couple of options, and have a stunning and professional looking image in a matter of second.

This meant I was able to spend less time on my computer editing, and more time doing what I love.

Which is taking photos (of course).

Like just look at this crazy before and after I created with this preset system:

And with relatively little effort and almost zero brain power, I could...

Create a customized edit that was perfectly catered to my photo

Easily preview and compare different color, exposure, and contrast adjustments instantly

Remove the guesswork from my edit (even though I wasn't sure what I wanted)

And already be done editing heaps of other photos in my gallery within a couple minutes!

After implementing this layered preset system in my own photography workflow, I couldn't believe this was something more people aren't using.

I felt like I was holding onto some kind of secret ingredient that people would start knocking down my door to find for themselves.

I began finding it so helpful in my own work that I decided I NEEDED to share it with other photographers I know.

So I emailed a bunch of those photographers the presets and anxiously awaited their responses.

Many of the full-time photographers who tested it were impressed by how streamlined and easy it was to experiment with new editing styles.

Even after spending thousands of hours working in Lightroom, they were finding new editing styles with the help of the Lightroom Toolkit.

I was so thrilled to hear they were finding it as useful as I was.

But there were some responses I was genuinely surprised by.

For example, one of the photographers who tried the toolkit was just getting started in her photography business.

She had no idea how to use Lightroom and was just starting to get comfortable with her camera. But with the help of this layered preset system, she told me how she felt like she finally had control in Lightroom again.

She was learning new adjustments she never knew were possible, all without spending hours watching tutorials online.

Even over a year later, I still receive messages from her telling me how much she loves using the Lightroom Toolkit!

It was at this point that I felt 110% convinced that layered presets were the new bread and butter for my workflow.

Here's What Others Had To Say!

"The Lightroom Toolkit works perfectly from day one and I am very happy with it. I am still a beginner and it is of great help to me."

The Lightroom Toolkit itself works perfectly alright from day one and I am very happy with it. I am still a beginner and it is of great help to me.

  • What Version Of Lightroom Do I Need For This Preset Bundle?
All of these presets included in this bundle are compatible with version 4-6 of Lightroom, as well as Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic, and Lightroom Mobile.

Some presets include adjustments that are not compatible with older versions of Lightroom, such as updated masking adjustments, dehaze, and color grading. However, the majority of the presets are compatible with all versions of Lightroom.
  • How Many Presets Are Included?
There are 209 layered presets included in the Lightroom Toolkit.
  • Can I Use Layered Presets Alongside Other Presets I Have?
Yup, that's the beauty of layered presets. If you have presets that you already like using, the layered presets in the Lightroom Toolkit will only replace the adjustments you select. Things such as exposure, tone curve, HSL, or color grading for example. This way you can still use your favorite presets for base adjustments, then quickly refine with the Lightroom Toolkits layered preset system.
